After Aziza, Vittorio, Jean-Jacques and Hecham, we present Ezedine.

Because our cubes of Marseille soap require a particular attention, Ezedine, line manager at the soap factory, guarantees their so iconic shape !

His job is to supervise the cube moulding line. He adapts to the soap material and must constantly make adjustments so that it runs smoothly through the machines.

With rigour and concentration, Ezedine takes pleasure in each production!
Her pride? Seeing the final result of his work, the beauty of the soap cube marked with beautiful stamps.

The stages of production :

1. The plodder will refine the material, heat the pellets and mould the soap into a large bar

2. The cutter cuts the curled soap to the desired weight

3. The resulting cubes are then left in the "Crouteur" for 20 minutes to 1 hour to cool the material

4. These cooled cubes are then marked and stamped (on 4 or 6 sides)
