As soon as we receive your order, we start the shipping process to deliver your items as soon as possible.

The processing of orders by our teams usually takes between 1 and 2 working days (time provided as an indication), in addition to the delivery time selected when the order was placed. The products are packed and secured as much as possible in the parcel for a smooth delivery. In keeping with our CSR approach, we use a maximum of recycled, recyclable and biodegradable materials for the shipping of our products.

If, despite our best efforts, some of the items ordered are unavailable at the time your order is processed, our customer service department will inform you by e-mail. You will then be able to cancel all or part of your order and be reimbursed for any products not shipped.

For orders weighing less than 30kg, shipping is entrusted to the Colissimo service of La Poste, delivery only possible in metropolitan France and Europe. You can choose between 3 services:

  • Home delivery without signature - only to be selected for packages that fit in your mailbox. The letter carrier will not ring.
  • At home with signature
  • In a Colissimo relay point

Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of your order. Orders over 59€ are shipped free of charge (advantage automatically applied when the order is placed) in France for deliveries in a relay point and Colissimo home delivery without signature. Deliveries in France and in Europe with signature remain at your charge.

As soon as the parcel is collected by Colissimo, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the progress of your order. Orders weighing more than 30kg are sent by carrier. Our customer service will inform you by email to arrange delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to French overseas departments and territories or to countries outside Europe at this time.
