This week our cube of Marseille soap olive @savonnerie_lacorvette got cool near the basins of the Palais Longchamp.

Located in the 4th district, it is one of the important monuments of Marseille, just like our soap factory of Marseille soap whose building is classified remarkable by the town hall of Marseille.

Built to be the arrival point of the waters of the Durance in the city, the Longchamp Palace was built in 1862 and inaugurated in 1869. Today it is a place for relaxation and walks. It houses two museums: the Fine Arts Museum and the Natural History Museum in its right wing. As well as the Marseille Observatory.

It was originally created to supply the commune of Marseille, which was experiencing water supply problems.
